Document and Content Privacy

Content you upload to TutorBox AI Classroom is processed solely to deliver the AI‑generated learning experiences you request. We do not sell your documents or personal data to third parties. AI processing is automated; we do not manually review your content except when you explicitly share it with support for troubleshooting. We do not intentionally retain your source documents longer than necessary to provide the Service, operate backups, and comply with legal or security requirements.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve TutorBox AI Classroom.
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
• Communicate important updates about your account, billing, and new features.

Payment Processing

Payments are handled securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. TutorBox AI Classroom does not store your full credit card details or other sensitive payment information on our servers. Paddle processes payments, handles applicable taxes, and manages refunds in accordance with their policies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (such as hosting and analytics providers) solely to help us operate the Service, under agreements that require them to protect your data and use it only for our purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We retain account and billing‑related information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and security obligations. You may request deletion of your account data as described below; in that case, some minimal records (for example, payment records) may be retained where required by law.
