Business Entity

These Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between Shanno ("Tutorbox Studio", "we", "us") and customers of tutorbox.cc. Tutorbox Studio is an independent software publisher providing web‑based AI classroom tools and related online educational services.

Online Educational Services

TutorBox AI Classroom is a web application that helps educators and learners turn their content into interactive, AI‑powered learning experiences. The Service is intended for tutoring, teaching support, and self‑study, and is provided entirely online.

No Legal or Professional Advice

TutorBox AI Classroom and any generated content, reports, or recommendations are for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a law firm or licensed professional service provider, and our staff do not act as your attorneys, accountants, or licensed advisors. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. For advice on a specific matter, you should consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

Use of AI Technology

Our services use large language models ("LLMs") and other AI technologies to analyze and generate content. While we work to improve quality, AI‑generated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or misinterpreted in context. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before relying on them in teaching, assessments, or any other context.

Service Delivery

Our services are delivered digitally through a browser‑based dashboard and, where applicable, through email notifications. Delivery is generally immediate or near‑immediate after processing is complete. TutorBox AI Classroom is responsible for providing access to the Service and customer support at shanno@tutorbox.cc.

Fees and Payment

TutorBox AI Classroom is offered with a 7-day free trial for new users, followed by an annual subscription currently priced at ¥2,399 per year (original price ¥2,999). Pricing may be updated over time, and any changes will be reflected on the homepage before purchase. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, applicable taxes, and refunds on our behalf.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your login with unauthorized users or attempt to resell access to the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or create competing services based on the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, interface, branding, and underlying models, is owned or licensed by Tutorbox Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and any active subscription, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or organizational educational purposes.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tutorbox Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" above and may provide additional notice within the product. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator (Shanno / Tutorbox Studio) resides, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles.
