Refund Policy

At Tutorbox Studio, we want you to feel confident using TutorBox AI Classroom. This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds may be issued. All payments and refunds are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
7‑Day Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate TutorBox AI Classroom before committing to a paid plan. During the trial period, you will not be charged. After the trial ends, your annual subscription will begin at ¥2,399 per year (original price ¥2,999).
14‑Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with TutorBox AI Classroom, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first annual payment. This guarantee gives you time to test the Service and decide whether it meets your needs.
- You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request during this period.
- To request a refund, email us at shanno@tutorbox.cc within 14 days of your first payment, and we will initiate the process through Paddle.
After the 14‑Day Period
After the initial 14‑day refund window has passed, all payments are generally non‑refundable. We do not typically offer prorated refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, except where required by applicable local consumer protection laws. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances, you may still contact us, and we will review your request on a case‑by‑case basis.
Payment Processing and Refund Timing
All payments and approved refunds are handled by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for TutorBox AI Classroom. Once a refund is approved:
- Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Annual Subscriptions and Cancellations
- Your annual subscription is billed at ¥2,399 per year (original price ¥2,999).
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.
- Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period, unless you are still within the 14‑day refund window or applicable law provides otherwise.
How to Request a Refund
If you would like to request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, please contact us at shanno@tutorbox.cc with:
- The email address used for purchase.
- The order ID or receipt from Paddle (if available).
- A brief description of your request (optional).
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24–48 hours.
